How to Use the Cleansing Kit

This is your step-by-step user manual for the cleansing kit.

When to Start

You may begin the cleansing process any day and at any time. There is no specific date or time required.

Important Note for Women: If you are currently on your menstrual cycle, please wait until your period has ended before starting the cleansing.

 

Step 1: Burning the Incense

You will use one of the following incense types:

Electric incense burner

Any traditional incense burner

This step must be done inside your home, but:

After burning, discard the incense and charcoal safely.

Always ensure that everything is fully extinguished to avoid fire risks.
