We don’t only guarantee our items, but we stand 100% behind all our work, we provide client service above and beyond because we believe that this is our duty and we are helping others by doing this work, and we wouldn’t be in business for over 30 years if we didn’t.
We will make sure that your items are received, in perfect condition, working, and you are happy this is not only our job but our duty, and we take it very seriously. If you have any issues or problems we are always here and we will take care of them, our policies are clearly explained and we are caring, loving, and reasonable people that believe we get back what we put in the world.
Most people we deal with have such great and tremendous energy and want to change their lives and the lives of others for the better. Loving and caring and there is nothing we love more than working with them and serving them.
On the other hand, there are those people who are just simply there to spread negativity and cause harm to others, they are hateful, ignorant, and negative. Sometimes we face people like those, unfortunately. So kindly read this and understand it. If you bought any item and something is wrong with it, we will fix it just contact us.
1- If you don’t contact us and simply want the item for free and open a dispute or contact the bank or PayPal and say this is not me who made the order, and we know it’s you.
2- If your package is opened by customs, broken, or missing or anything is working with it and you open a dispute without contacting us.
3- If you buy to try and experience it with the intention of returning it or opening a dispute.
We will prove you very wrong!
The worst thing you can do is open a dispute without contacting us or letting us know what’s the issue it may look like a simple thing but it’s not as it will
1- Put our funds on hold
2- delay our shipping and logistics
3- cause us the loss of time and energy
4- increase our default rate and affect us negatively
This won’t only affect us, but the people we are helping and their families. If this happens we will take every measure possible to show you how wrong and bad your action is and make sure that you don’t do it again with others.
God is my witness we work as magnifying glasses we reflect 10 times what you put in it, if you are good we will magnify that 10 times and send it back to you with love and care if you put it bad you will get that 10 times back.
